This website presents Omnis spice blends and recipes. It is currently a private launch preview. No product can be purchased and no order or payment is accepted through the basket. Adding a blend to the basket is an expression of interest on this device, not a binding order. The legal seller identity, registered business address, customer-care and grievance details will be published before sales begin.
Product information
Images show the proposed product presentation. Confirmed pack sizes, prices inclusive of applicable taxes, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, vegetarian/non-vegetarian marking where applicable, shelf life, manufacturer/packer address and FSSAI licence details must be displayed before a product is offered for sale. Do not infer allergen suitability or certification from an image or flavour description.
Orders and prices at launch
Once enabled, an order will be subject to availability, a clearly displayed total price, delivery information and the checkout terms. Payment alone will not justify substituting a different product without consent. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, an appropriate refund will be provided. No paid extras will be preselected.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations pages form part of these terms. Your mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term. Delivery estimates and charges must be shown before you commit to payment.
Using recipes and the website
Recipes are serving suggestions. Check all ingredient labels for allergens and follow safe food storage, preparation and cooking practices. Adjust seasoning to the confirmed blend formulation. You must not misuse the website, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
Omnis branding and website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. You may use the recipes for personal cooking and print a personal copy. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Responsibility
We take reasonable care over website information and will correct identified errors. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product liability or responsibility for fraud, negligence or consumer-law breaches. No blanket waiver of consumer rights applies.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Indian law. You retain the right to use competent consumer forums and other remedies available under applicable law. Please raise concerns through the contact page. A named grievance officer and the legal seller details must be published before commercial launch.
