Omnis is the brand shown on this website. The legal operator, registered address and privacy contact must be confirmed before commercial launch. Until then, this is a private launch preview and purchases are unavailable. Use the contact form for website enquiries; do not submit sensitive information.
Information we collect
We collect the email address you submit when subscribing; and your name, email address, enquiry topic and message when you contact us. Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses and request logs. Your basket is stored locally in your browser on this device. We do not currently collect payment details, delivery addresses or account passwords.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and subscriber details to send updates you have opted into. We also use limited technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We do not sell your personal information or use it for behavioural advertising. A subscription is optional and is not a condition of contacting us.
Consent and your choices
By submitting an enquiry, you request that we use its contents to respond. Subscription consent is separate and optional. You may withdraw newsletter consent using the unsubscribe link supplied with any marketing email or by submitting an unsubscribe request through the contact form. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
Service providers and storage
Enquiries and subscriptions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Our website infrastructure is provided through Sites and Cloudflare; data may be processed outside India subject to applicable law. Access should be limited to authorised staff and service providers supporting the stated purposes. We do not send newsletter campaigns through an email provider until one is configured.
Retention
Enquiries should be deleted or anonymised within 12 months after resolution unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation. Subscriber information is retained until consent is withdrawn or the list is discontinued, with minimal suppression information retained where needed to honour opt-outs. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention settings.
Your requests and grievances
You may ask to access, correct or erase information you provided, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern using our contact form. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request. Applicable rights and response duties depend on the Indian data-protection provisions in force at the relevant time. Nothing in this notice limits a statutory right or available complaint mechanism. A named privacy and grievance contact must be published before launch.
Cookies, local storage and fonts
The site uses local storage to remember your basket on this device. You can clear it using your browser settings. The preview host may use essential authentication cookies. No advertising or analytics cookies are added by this site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information such as your IP address.
